transformational company within the property sector. We focus in Rural and
township areas. We at Tezla see the potential for thriving property markets
in areas outside of the main commercial and residential urban centres. There
is a great demand for affordable housing in South Africa, and we aim to be a
part of the solution by meeting the demand. We aim to be the right partner to
develop, invest and maintain affordable residential units available for rental
to the public.
